I made a *.PAT of Susan Kare’s original MacPaint fill patterns. It definitely works with Photoshop versions CS3—CS6 on both Windows and OS X.

Confirmed to work with Photoshop CS2 which, by the way, can be downloaded freely from Adobe’s website since it would cost more to maintain the registration server than they’d recoup with sales.
